We should eat green vegetables and fruits

We should eat green vegetables and fruits because these have different kinds of vitamins and minerals which are beneficial for our body and skin. But on other hand junk food like burgers, shawarma and pizza etc. can have negative effects on our stomach and liver which then lead to different health problems.  But now a days in developed countries people have realized difference between junk food and organic food that’s why they are avoiding this habit and preferring natural goods.
